There are four levels of Bean Counters. Here is a table with info on all of them: How to play Bean Counters: Go to the Coffee Shop and click the bag of coffee with the word Java written on it to play. Earn coins for catching and stacking bags of coffee as they fly out of the delivery truck. There are five delivery trucks—unload them all and earn bonus coins.
